I’ve placed my order. What happens next?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This means our team will begin packing and preparing your items, which typically takes 1-4 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive another email with your tracking code. Your items will arrive within 4-6 business days, depending on your location.

Delayed Orders

Your order should arrive within 10 business days from when it’s placed (allowing up to 4 days for processing and up to 6 days for delivery). However, large distances and varying weather conditions may cause delays. If your order hasn't arrived within this timeframe, please allow up to 3 additional days before contacting us. After that, we’ll help track down your package.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? No problem! Simply email us at info@sleep-wize.com with your order number. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still return the items at your own expense.

Received the wrong item?

If you received the wrong size, color, or a damaged item, we’ll take care of it! Please take clear photos within 24 hours of receiving the package and email them to info@sleep-wize.com, along with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem
